Yes — you can respond to any customer review directly inside Ranksphere.
To reply:
- Go to the Reviews tab under your location

🔁 Your reply is published to Google via the official GBP API. It may take a few minutes to appear publicly depending on Google’s processing time.
What Are “Comments” in GBP Reviews?
Comments are internal notes attached to a specific review — visible only to your team or client collaborators.
They’re useful for:
- Asking for a suggested response
- Adding context about the customer or situation
- Collaborating before publishing a reply

How to Assign a Review to a Team Member
To assign a review to someone:
