Ranksphere Affiliate Program

Refer businesses to Ranksphere and earn 20% of every payment they make, for as long as they stay subscribed. There is no cap on how much you can earn and no cost to join. This page explains how the program works and sets out the full terms that govern it.

How it works

1. Turn on the affiliate program from Settings, then Affiliate inside your Ranksphere account, and share your unique referral link. You can set a custom code so the link is easy to recognize.
2. Every click on your link is tracked. When someone signs up through it, they are tied to you.
3. Once that business is on a paid plan, you earn 20% of every payment they make, every month they stay subscribed.
4. Each commission is held for 45 days (the refund window). After the hold it becomes available to withdraw.
5. Connect your bank through Stripe and withdraw your available balance whenever it is over the $50 minimum. Stripe collects your bank and tax details securely, and Ranksphere never sees or stores them.

Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Affiliate") and Ranksphere LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("Ranksphere", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your participation in the Ranksphere affiliate program (the "Program"). The Program is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Affiliate Terms. If there is a conflict about the Program specifically, these Affiliate Terms control.

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the Program.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a Ranksphere account in good standing. If you take part on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these Affiliate Terms. Ranksphere staff, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to earn commission on their own accounts.

2. Enrolling and your referral link

You enroll from Settings, then Affiliate, in your account. You may also be enrolled by our team. On enrollment you receive a referral link and a referral code, which you may customize where the code is available. You are responsible for how you share your link and for keeping your account secure. Do not share more than one code to represent yourself, and do not attempt to transfer your code to another person.

3. Qualifying referrals

A referral qualifies when a new customer visits Ranksphere through your referral link, creates a new account and workspace, and later subscribes to a paid plan. Attribution is recorded through a first-party cookie set when the visitor clicks your link, and it is tied to the workspace they create. The following do not qualify:

• Self-referrals, or referrals of accounts or workspaces you own or control.
• Customers who already had a Ranksphere account or workspace before clicking your link.
• Sign-ups where the attribution cookie was removed, blocked, or overwritten by another affiliate's link before the account was created.
• Accounts created through fraud, incentivized clicks, or any prohibited conduct described below.

4. Commissions

For each qualifying referral, you earn 20% of the amounts that referred workspace actually pays Ranksphere for its subscription, recognized when each payment succeeds. Commission is recurring: you keep earning 20% on each successful payment for as long as the referred workspace stays on a paid plan and remains attributed to you. Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount actually collected. It does not include taxes, and it may exclude amounts we do not collect, such as discounts, credits, or failed payments.

5. Holding period, refunds, and reversals

Each commission is held for 45 days from the date the underlying payment succeeds, which covers the refund window. If the underlying payment is later refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is canceled, and we may deduct amounts already paid to you from your future balance. We may also hold or reverse commissions we reasonably believe are linked to fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Affiliate Terms.

6. Payments and payouts

After the holding period, cleared commission becomes available to withdraw. Payouts are made through Stripe. To receive a payout you must connect a payout account through Stripe's secure onboarding, which collects your identity, banking, and tax information. Ranksphere does not see or store your card or bank numbers. You can withdraw once your available balance is at least $50. Where we offer an off-platform backup, such as PayPal or Wise, payouts to that method are made manually at our discretion and may take longer. You are responsible for giving accurate payout details, and we are not liable for payouts sent to details you provided incorrectly.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes on the commission you earn, and for reporting it to the relevant authorities. Where the law requires it, we or Stripe may collect tax information from you and may withhold or report amounts as required. Commission amounts are stated exclusive of any tax you may owe.

8. How you may promote Ranksphere

You may promote Ranksphere honestly and in line with these Affiliate Terms. You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or promote Ranksphere in a deceptive or misleading way.
• Make claims about Ranksphere, its features, pricing, or results that are false or that we have not made.
• Bid on Ranksphere trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or use domains, usernames, or profiles that imply you are Ranksphere.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, or any method that creates clicks or sign-ups a person did not intend.
• Offer unauthorized cash rebates or incentives in exchange for signing up through your link.
• Represent yourself as an employee or official agent of Ranksphere.

Where the law requires it, such as the United States FTC guidelines, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend Ranksphere.

9. Independent relationship

You take part in the Program as an independent party. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Ranksphere. You may not enter into any agreement or make any promise on behalf of Ranksphere.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change the Program, including the commission rate, the holding period, the minimum payout, and these Affiliate Terms, at any time. Changes apply going forward from the date we post them. Commission already earned and cleared under the previous terms is not reduced by a later change. Your continued participation after a change means you accept it.

11. Suspension and termination

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, withhold or cancel unpaid commission, or close the Program, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse, or for any lawful reason on reasonable notice. On termination, cleared commission that was earned in good faith and is not subject to reversal will be paid out in the next payout cycle, subject to the minimum payout.

12. Privacy

We process personal data connected to the Program, such as click and attribution data and your payout details, as described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe processes your payout and tax information as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not share your referred customers' personal data with us except as needed to run the Program.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Program is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any level of clicks, sign-ups, or earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Program is limited to the total commission payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts with jurisdiction over that location will hear any dispute, unless the applicable law gives you a different right.
