What it is
The Get reviews tool makes a printable "Leave us a review" card with a QR code on it. When a customer scans the code with their phone camera, it opens your Google review page, ready for them to leave a review. Put the card on the counter, on tables, on a receipt, or anywhere customers can reach it, and make leaving a review a quick, one-scan job.
You'll find it on a location's Reviews tab, under Get reviews.
Making your card
- Open a location and go to the Reviews tab.
- Click Get reviews to open the designer.
- Set the size, color, headline, and logo (below).
- Download it as a PNG, ready to print.
The QR code points at your location's Google review link, so there is nothing for the customer to type in.
What you can change
Print size
Pick the size that fits where the card will go:

Color
Choose an ink color for the card. There are brand-friendly presets (navy, violet, black, teal, and more), or you can pick your own. QR codes need a dark, high-contrast ink to scan reliably, so the presets are all deep colors.
Headline
Change the wording at the top of the card. It says "Leave us a review" by default.
Logo
Add your logo to the middle of the code. The code is built with high error correction, so a centered logo still scans.
Downloading and printing
Download your card as a PNG. It is a high-resolution image sized for the print size you chose, so you can send it to a printer or drop it into your own template.

Making a QR card is free. It doesn't use any credits.
Common questions
Where does the QR code send people?
Straight to your location's Google review page, so they can leave a review in a couple of taps.
Do I need my Google Business Profile connected?
The card links to your Google review page for the location. Connecting your profile keeps that link accurate as your listing updates.
Can I use my brand color?
Yes. Pick one of the preset inks or set your own. Keep it dark enough to scan well.
Does it cost anything?
No. Making and downloading a QR card is free and doesn't use credits.
What size should I print?
Match the size to the spot: a sticker for a counter, a table tent for tables, a desk sign for a reception desk, or a poster for a wall.
