White-label & Custom Domains

Use your own branding on reports and shared links, and present them from a web address connected to your domain.

White-label reporting and custom domains are available on the Growth and Agency plans. You can set them up from:

Settings → White Label

Add your branding

Turn on Enable white-label reporting to replace Ranksphere branding with your own across reports and shared links.

From the Branding tab, you can add:

  • Logo — Appears in the report header. You can also display it as a light watermark.
  • Brand colour — Used for accents, key figures, and highlighted details.
  • Text colour — Applied to report headings and body text.
  • Brand name and website — Shown in the report header and footer.
  • Report footer — Add your own footer text, or leave it blank to use your brand name and website automatically.

The live preview updates as you make changes, so you can check how the finished report will look before saving.

Your branding will appear across:

  • Reports viewed in Ranksphere
  • Public report links
  • Downloaded PDF reports

Use your own report domain

By default, shared report links use a Ranksphere web address.

A custom domain lets you share reports from a subdomain connected to your own website, such as:

reports.youragency.com

This keeps the report experience consistent with your brand when sharing results with clients.

Connect a custom domain

  1. Open Settings → White Label and go to the Domain setup tab.
  2. Enter the subdomain you want to use, then select Connect domain.
  3. Ranksphere will provide a CNAME record with a name and target.
  4. Sign in to the company that manages your domain’s DNS settings.
  5. Add the CNAME record exactly as shown in Ranksphere.
  6. Return to Ranksphere and select Verify records.

Adding a report subdomain will not affect your main website.

Once the record has been verified, an SSL certificate will be added automatically to keep the report domain secure. This usually takes a few minutes, although DNS changes can sometimes take longer to update.

When the status changes to Live, shared reports will use your custom domain.

You can disconnect the domain at any time and return to the standard Ranksphere report link. Maps included in your reports will continue to work without any additional setup.

White-label access

Workspace Owners and Admins can set up and update:

  • Report branding
  • Logos and colours
  • Brand details
  • Custom report domains

Members and Guests cannot access or change white-label settings.
