Activity Log
See every action in your workspace and every credit spent, in the User log and the Credit log.
The activity log is a running record of everything that happens in your workspace and every credit spent. You'll find it in Settings → Activity log, and it has two views: the User log and the Credit log.
Only Owners and Admins can open it.
User log
The User log shows every action in the workspace, newest first: scans run, reports saved, posts scheduled or published, reviews replied to, locations connected, and more. Each row shows:
- When it happened
- Who did it (a teammate's name, or System generated for automated or scheduled activity with no signed-in user, such as a scheduled scan)
- What happened, with a short detail
- The location it relates to (or a dash for workspace-level actions)
Use it to see who did what, and when.
Credit log
The Credit log shows every credit movement, so you can see exactly where your credits go. Filter it by Scan credits, AI credits, or Reporting (saved reports), or view All.
Each row shows:
- When it happened and the Type (Scan credit, AI credit, or Reporting)
- The activity that spent or added the credits
- Change: a minus (−) for credits used, and a plus (+) for credits added (plan renewals, rollover, and pack purchases)
- Remaining: your running balance right after that change
So a scan might show −25 with 475 remaining, while a monthly renewal shows +200. Saved reports count down from your monthly allowance the same way.
Some older rows show a dash in Remaining. Those were recorded before we started tracking the running balance, and new activity always shows the number.
How to do common things
See where my credits went: go to Settings → Activity log → Credit log, then pick a filter (Scan, AI, or Reporting).
Check who ran a scan or published a post: go to Settings → Activity log → User log, and read the User column.
Common questions
What does System generated mean? It is activity that ran on its own with no signed-in person, such as a scheduled scan or a monthly credit renewal.
Why does one row say minus and another plus? A minus is credits used, and a plus is credits added (plan renewals, rollover from last cycle, or a pack you bought).
Can Members or Guests see the activity log? No. It is available to Owners and Admins.
