Overview Dashboard
This guide explains what your dashboard shows, how to read it, and who can see it.
This guide explains what your dashboard shows, how to read it, and who can see it.
What the dashboard is
Your dashboard is the first screen you land on in a workspace. It brings every location you manage into one view, so you can see how the whole book is doing at a glance: which locations are climbing, which need attention, and where to spend your time. There is no logging in and out of separate accounts.
If you run an agency, this is your portfolio view across all your clients. If you run a single business, it is the health check across your locations.
The numbers up top
A row of totals sums up your whole workspace for the period:
- Clients: how many locations you manage, and how many need attention.
- Avg visibility: the average local visibility across your scanned locations, and how it has changed.
- Open tasks: how much work is outstanding, and how many tasks you cleared recently.
- Unanswered reviews: reviews still waiting for a reply, with your average rating.
- Live citations: how many directory listings are live, and how many are inconsistent.
Below the totals, a visibility trend shows how your average visibility has moved over recent months, so you can see the direction of travel for the whole book.
The client list
Under the trend, every location has its own row, so you can compare them side by side. Each row shows:
- The location's name and area.
- Its visibility score, and whether it went up, down, or held steady.
- Its open tasks.
- Its average rating from reviews.
- Its citation health, the live and inconsistent listings.
Use it to spot the locations slipping or going quiet before a client asks, then open one to dig in.
Who can see it
| Owner | Yes |
| Admin | Yes |
| Member | Yes |
| Guest | No, goes to their assigned locations |
Guests you invite land on just the locations you share with them, not the full portfolio. An Owner can turn dashboard access on for a Guest if needed. See Users, Roles & Permissions.
Common questions
Is this the same as a location's Overview tab?
No. This dashboard covers your whole workspace, every location together. Each location also has its own Overview tab with a brief just for that location.
Why can't I see the dashboard?
Your role may not have dashboard access. Guests go straight to their assigned locations by default. An Owner or Admin can adjust this in Settings.
What counts as a location that needs attention?
A location with slipping visibility, unanswered reviews, inconsistent citations, or open high-priority tasks. The totals and the client list make these easy to spot.
How often does it update?
It reflects your latest scans, reviews, tasks, and citation checks, so it stays current as that data comes in.

Smart Tasks
This guide explains where Smart Tasks come from, how priorities work and how to manage them. Smart Tasks help you keep track of work that may be needed for each location. They can highlight updates to your business profile, unanswered reviews, ranking opportunities and other areas worth checking.
