Report, Schema & Crawl Credits
This guide explains the three other monthly allowances in Ranksphere: saved reports, schema builds, and website crawl pages.
The three allowances
Alongside your scan credits and AI credits, each plan includes a monthly allowance for three more things:
- Saved reports: how many reports you can generate and keep each month.
- Schema builds: how many new schema markups you can save each month.
- Website crawl pages: how many pages Ranksphere can crawl for your website checks each month.
Each one has its own monthly allowance, refills at the start of your billing month, and can be topped up if you need more.
What each plan includes

- A saved report is one report you generate and keep. See Reports.
- A schema build is counted when you save a new schema. Copying, downloading, or re-saving an existing one is free. See Schema Generator.
- A crawl page is one page checked during a website crawl. See Website Performance.
Buying more
If you reach a monthly cap, you can buy a top-up pack any time in Settings → Billing → Add-ons, on any paid plan:

Your monthly allowance is always used first, and a pack is only drawn down once the free monthly allowance runs out.
How the extras expire
Packs for these three run for 30 days from the day you buy them, and here is the key difference from scan and AI credits: these packs always expire after that 30-day window, on every plan. They do not roll over, even on Growth and Agency.
That is different from scan and AI credit packs, where Growth and Agency keep half of any unused balance into the next window. For saved reports, schema builds, and crawl pages, only what you use inside the 30 days counts, so buy a pack when you are ready to use it. Your monthly allowance is separate from any pack, and it refills each billing month.

Buying packs and changing plans are for Owners, and for Admins once the Owner turns on billing access. You can check what you have left in Settings → Credit Usage.
Common questions
Do these expire like scan and AI credits?
The packs do, but more strictly. A saved-report, schema, or crawl-page pack always expires 30 days after you buy it, on every plan. Scan and AI credit packs can keep half their unused balance on Growth and Agency, but these three never roll over.
When does my monthly allowance refill?
At the start of each billing month.
What happens when I hit a cap?
Ranksphere stops before going over and prompts you to buy a top-up pack or move up a plan. Nothing breaks silently.
Does re-saving a schema use another build?
No. A build is only counted when you save a new schema. Copying, downloading, or re-saving an existing one is free.
Where do I see how many I have left?
In Settings → Credit Usage, alongside your scan and AI credits.
